Cookie Policy

Last updated: 7 August 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Traguer AI uses cookies and similar technologies on the community portal and related web services (the "Services").

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. Among other things, it lets us recognise you from one page to another and remember your preferences.

2. The cookies we use

We use a deliberately limited number of cookies. We do not place advertising cookies or third-party trackers for marketing profiling.

CookieTypePurposeDuration
traguer_portalStrictly necessaryKeep your portal sign-in sessionSession (deleted when the browser closes)
traguer_langPreferenceRemember the language you chose1 year

2.1 Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential to the operation of the portal (for example to keep you signed in). They cannot be disabled without preventing use of the service. They do not require your consent.

2.2 Preference cookies

These cookies remember your choices (such as language) to improve your experience.

3. Third-party cookies

Payments and the AI assistant rely on external providers (Mobile Money gateways, AI model provider). When you are redirected to a third-party service, it may place its own cookies, governed by its own policy.

4. Managing cookies

You can configure your browser at any time to block or delete cookies. Note, however, that if you block strictly necessary cookies, some portal features (in particular sign-in) will no longer work.

Most browsers let you:

  • view stored cookies and delete them individually;
  • block third-party cookies;
  • block all cookies from a site;
  • delete all cookies on close.

5. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy. The "last updated" date indicates the version in force.
