Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Traguer AI Workspaces desktop application, the community portal, the artificial-intelligence assistant and related services (together, the "Services"), provided by Traguer AI ("Traguer AI", "we", "us").
By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of the Services
Traguer AI Workspaces is a next-generation office suite that includes document, spreadsheet, presentation and PDF tools, enhanced by an artificial-intelligence assistant.
- The desktop application is free to download and use.
- The artificial-intelligence features are paid and work on a credit system.
- The community portal lets you access your account, buy credits, manage your subscriptions and take part in the community.
We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time.
3. User account
3.1 Creation
To use the AI features, you must create an account with a valid email address and verify your email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
3.2 Security
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3.3 Single holder
Your account is personal. You must not share, resell or transfer it without our agreement.
4. Credits and artificial intelligence
4.1 How credits work
Each request sent to the AI assistant consumes a number of credits that depends on the AI model used. The cost of each model is shown in the Services and may be updated.
4.2 Welcome credits
We may offer welcome credits to certain users (for example the first to sign up). These free credits have no monetary value and are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
4.3 No warranty on AI responses
Responses generated by the AI assistant are produced automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies or outdated information. They do not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial or otherwise). You are solely responsible for verifying and using the generated content.
4.4 Availability
The availability of the AI assistant depends on third-party providers. We do not guarantee continuous availability and cannot be held liable for an interruption caused by these providers.
5. Purchases, subscriptions and payment
5.1 Buying credits
You can buy credits via Mobile Money (Monetbil, CamerPay) or any other method we offer. Credits are added to your balance after payment is confirmed.
5.2 Subscriptions
We offer monthly subscriptions that include a volume of credits. Subscriptions are manually renewed: no automatic charge is made. You receive reminders before expiry.
5.3 Prices
Prices are shown in CFA francs (XAF). We may change our prices; changes do not apply to purchases already made.
5.4 Refunds
Refund conditions are detailed in our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- generate, via the AI, unlawful, hateful, defamatory, violent, sexually explicit content involving minors, or content that infringes the rights of others;
- attempt to circumvent the credit system, hack, overload or disrupt the Services;
- access the Services through unauthorised automated means;
- post unlawful, misleading, spam or abusive content in the community;
- impersonate a third party or compromise the security of others.
We may suspend or delete any account that breaches these rules, with no refund of credits in cases of clear abuse.
7. Community content
You retain ownership of the content you post on the community portal. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it within the Services. You are solely responsible for the content you post and warrant that you hold the necessary rights.
We may moderate, hide or remove any content that breaches these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
The Traguer AI Workspaces application is a derivative product of open-source software distributed under the Apache 2.0 licence, enhanced by our own developments. The Traguer AI brand, its logo and its visual identity are our property and may not be used without permission.
The content you create with the application (your documents, spreadsheets, presentations) belongs to you.
9. Availability and liability
9.1 "As is" provision
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that they will be error-free or available without interruption.
9.2 Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Traguer AI cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profit or business interruption arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services. Our total liability is in any event limited to the amount you paid during the three (3) months preceding the triggering event.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services and request the deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access in the event of a breach of these Terms or a legal obligation. Credits unused at the time of a termination for cause are not refunded.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms. In the event of a significant change, we will notify you through the Services or by email. By continuing to use the Services after the changes take effect, you accept them.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Cameroonian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to reach an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Yaoundé, Cameroon.
